Can Tho Police carry out social activities at grassroots level

At the program, police officers also guided local people on how to identify and prevent online scams, disseminated legal regulations on traffic safety, and instructed students to ride bikes safely.

As part of the program, the Can Tho City Police Department, in coordination with local benefactors, presented 200 gifts to policy beneficiary families and poor households, as well as awarded 20 scholarships along with essential school supplies to students in need.

The program was held as part of a series of the local police’s activities to celebrate major anniversaries, including the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, the 80th founding anniversary of the Vietnamese People's Public Security Forces, and the 20th anniversary of the “All People Protecting National Security” Festival.

The initiative reflects the police force’s commitment to the community, and also beautifies the positive image of the public security officer in the hearts of the people.
