Member of the Politburo and Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang, authorized by the Prime Minister, delivered to the National Assembly (NA) a summary report on crime and law-violation prevention and control efforts in 2025, on the morning of December 9, in Hanoi.

The Police Department of Social Order Administrative Management under the Ministry of Public Security, in coordination with the Drug and Crime Prevention Department of the Border Guard Command and the Anti-Smuggling Investigation Division of the Customs Department, held a meeting on December 9 in Hanoi to review the two-year implementation of their coordination plan on preventing and combating the illegal trafficking and transportation of weapons, explosives, combat gears and fireworks along the borderline.
