During the ceremony, an MPS representative announced the decision to put People’s Public Security Forces-Sponsored Multi-level Boarding School No4 under the management of the Tay Ninh Provincial Police Department. Concurrently, a representative from the provincial Department of Education and Training (DET) announced the Provincial People's Committee's decision establishing the school, which covers primary, lower secondary and upper secondary education levels.
As a public education service provider, the school operates under the direct and comprehensive management of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Tay Ninh Provincial Police Department. It is tasked with delivering both the national general education curriculum – guided professionally by the local DET – and specialized programs overseen by the MPS. Beyond academic instruction, the school acts as a social welfare initiative to protect and support vulnerable children in alignment with State and ministerial guidelines.
Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Pham The Tung emphasized that the school's establishment reflects the Public Security Force' ‘commitment to social welfare. He noted that it stands as a concrete result of the "Three Bests" emulation movement of the Public Security Forces ("Most Disciplined – Most Loyal – Closest to the People"), reinforcing the forces’ contributions to national development in the new era.
To ensure the school successfully fulfills its core objectives, Deputy Minister Tung urged local police units and local authorities to build the education institution into an "outstanding, exemplary, comprehensive and sustainable" educational model at both national and regional levels.
He stressed that all development efforts should center around children from disadvantaged, ethnic minority and policy-beneficiary local families.
He called on leaders of local police units to exercise direct, passionate oversight, fostering close coordination among the school, students’ families, society and local police forces. Furthermore, he highlighted the need to mobilize resources from ministries and sectors, with the People’s Public Security Forces playing the core role, to build a modern, professional institution that enhances public and international trust in the Party, State, and Public Security Forces.
Regarding the school’s major tasks in the upcoming 2026–2027 academic year, Deputy Minister Tung instructed the Tay Ninh Provincial Police to swiftly finalize the school's organizational structure, staff qualified educators, and complete the necessary facilities and curriculum to welcome its inaugural cohort.
The event concluded with the ceremonial "first writing", marking the official commencement of the school's mission to provide learning and developmental opportunities for generations of underprivileged students.
