MPS launches housing project for Public Security Forces in Ha Noi

The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) held a groundbreaking ceremony, on August 10, 2026, for a housing project for the Public Security Forces at land lot B3/NO1B in Viet Hung Ward, Ha Noi.

Member of the CPV Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc attended and delivered a keynote directive address at the ceremony.

The event was also attended by Vice Chairman of the Hanoi Municipal People’s Committee Truong Viet Dung.

Following the preparation and completion of investment procedures, facilitated by the close attention and guidance of the leaders of the MPS and the Hanoi Municipal People's Committee, alongside tight coordination among local agencies, the Executive Committee of the Viet Hung Ward CPV Organization, and the Viet Hung Ward People’s Committee, all regulatory procedures have been fully executed in compliance with the law.

Spanning an area of over 1.5 hectares, the project features three 18-story residential buildings equipped with integrated infrastructure and modern amenities. The development aims to become a model residential area characterized by a civilized, safe, green, clean and beautiful environment. The project is scheduled to wrap up in the fourth quarter of 2028.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc affirmed that the Executive Committee of the Public Security CPV Organization and the MPS have recently placed a strategic focus on expanding housing development for the Public Security Forces.

The commencement of this project in Viet Hung Ward will significantly assist public security officers and soldiers in accessing housing options that align with their financial conditions and family needs. This, in turn, will help them stabilize their lives, remain dedicated to their careers, and stand ready to successfully fulfill all assigned tasks.

For this specific project, the Deputy Minister requested the investor and contractors to concentrate their resources to expedite construction, ensuring completion at the earliest date while ensuring the highest quality standards, delivering superior aesthetic value for the residents, and enhancing the overall architectural landscape of Hanoi in general and Viet Hung Ward in particular.
