Ministry of Public Security starts housing project for the People's Public Security Forces in Gia Lai Province

Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc chaired the ceremony. Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuấn attended and delivered a keynote address at the event.

Also in attendance were Director of the Gia Lai Provincial Police Department Major General Le Quang Nhan, leaders of several functional agencies under the Ministry of Public Security, representatives of the Gia Lai Provincial Police Department, the project investor, and relevant units.

The project, located at land plot M3.6 on Le Thanh Nghi Street, Quy Nhon Ward, is invested by Phu Tai Joint Stock Company. It aims to meet the housing needs of local police officers, helping them improve their living conditions and creating a firm foundation for them to work with peace of mind and successfully fulfill their tasks of ensuring local security and order.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc emphasized the significance of caring for the material and spiritual lives of People's Public Security officers and soldiers, particularly regarding housing policies. 

He noted that housing is not only an essential need for every officer and soldier, but also one of the crucial conditions for building the People's Public Security Forces as a regular, elite, and modern force capable of meeting task requirements in the new situation. 

This initiative also contributes to realizing housing policies and guidelines, creating favorable conditions for the People's Public Security Forces to stabilize their lives and enhance work efficiency.

In his address at the ceremony, Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan requested the investor, consulting units and contractors to pool their resources and make utmost effort to implement the project while ensuring project progress, quality, occupational safety and full compliance with legal provisions. 

Meanwhile, relevant provincial agencies, sectors and local authorities should coordinate closely to promptly resolve any emerging difficulties and obstacles during implementation so that the project can meet all of its objectives and maximizes efficiency upon completion.

At the ceremony, General Director of Phu Tai Joint Stock Company Nguyen Sy Hoe pledged to coordinate closely with competent functional agencies, consulting units, and contractors to execute the project in strict compliance with the law. 

He also committed to seriously observing regulations regarding construction quality, the timeline, occupational safety, environmental protection and fire prevention and rescue, while strengthening inspection and supervision at every construction stage to promptly handle any arising issues and meeting all the project’s design and technical standards.
