
Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc inspects major construction projects
Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc conducted a field inspection of Project TS.15.12 (the project to build the Ministry of Public Security headquarters at 15 Tran Binh Trong Street) and a housing project for the People’s Public Security Forces at land plots G1–G3, Vinh Thanh commune, Hanoi, on the afternoon of February 25, 2026.

The construction of the Ministry of Public Security Headquarters at 15 Tran Binh Trong, which aims to provide stable long-term high-quality working places for agencies of the Ministry of Public Security, is a large-scale project.
The headquarters will be equipped with advanced facilities, synchronized technical infrastructure and adequate amenities for the leaders of the ministry and under-ministerial agencies to oversee and lead all operations of the People’s Public Security Forces.
The housing construction project for the People’s Public Security Forces at land plots G1–G3 (Vinh Thanh Commune) aims to realize the policy of improving living conditions for public security officers and enlistees.
The project has been comprehensively planned with harmonious architecture and a favorable location. It is expected to provide more than 1,700 apartments for active-duty public security officers, meeting their need for stable residence and rapid deployment.
During the inspection, project investors and contractors reported to the Deputy Minister on the project implementation timelines, talked about their advantages and difficulties, and proposed solutions to the issues so that the projects can be implemented on the timelines and completed with high quality and efficiency in accordance with the approved roadmap and plan.
Underscoring the significance of the projects, Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc requested the project investors and contractors to heighten their sense of responsibility, accelerate the implementation, and mobilize maximum resources, equipment and manpower for the projects so that the projects will be finished at the earliest possible time while they can meet the highest standards for construction quality and aesthetic value, contributing to beautifying Hanoi’s urban landscape and architecture with their distinctive architectural imprint of the present era.
