
MPS holds scientific conference on building Public Security Advisory Force in the new context
The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) held a scientific conference themed “Building a truly clean, strong, regular, elite and modern Public Security Advisory Force in line with the Politburo’s Resolution No. 12” on December 3, in Hanoi.

Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To Assoc. Prof., Dr., chaired the conference.
In his the opening remarks, Chief of the MPS Office Major General Nguyen Quoc Toan underscored that advisory work holds an especially important role in all aspects of the Public Security Forces’ work.
He noted that the conference aimed to clarify the theoretical and practical foundations for building a truly clean, strong, professional, elite and modern Public Security Advisory Force capable of meeting task requirements in the new situation.
During the conference, delegates reviewed major achievements in building the Public Security Advisory Forces in recent years, while offering numerous insightful and practical proposals to further strengthen the force in the current context.
Addressing the event, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To affirmed that building a truly clean, strong, professional, elite and modern Public Security Advisory Force is of special importance and is identified as one of the strategic, priority tasks of the Public Security Forces in the new era of development.
He requested that all public security units and agencies should attach much importance to the advisory work, be aware of its role, position and significance, and strive to build a capable, disciplined and modern advisory force that can meet the requirements for the tasks in the new situation.
He also called for strengthening the Party’s leadership over advisory work and the development of the advisory force, thoroughly grasping and effectively implementing the Party’s guidelines, the State’s policies and the resolutions and directives of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the MPS, underscoring that these efforts would contribute to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of advisory work and building a strong Public Security Advisory Force.
