Minister Luong Tam Quang meets Vietnamese experts and scientists in Denmark

At the meeting, Minister Luong Tam Quang emphasized that Viet Nam is accelerating national digital transformation while advancing science, technology, and innovation.

Noting that the Ministry of Public Security officially assumed the role of Standing Agency of the Central Steering Committee for Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation on August 18, 2026, Minister Luong Tam Quang stressed that the Ministry seeks to foster knowledge connection among domestic and overseas scientists and experts to build a united community dedicated to national development.

Leveraging existing domestic infrastructure and resources, Minister Luong Tam Quang expressed his wish that Vietnamese scientists, intellectuals and experts in Denmark, Iceland and southern Sweden would serve as technological bridges. He encouraged them to pool their knowledge and experience, collaborating closely with domestic scientists in research, development, and high-tech application to contribute to national development in the new era – the era of the nation’s rise.

Furthermore, Minister Luong Tam Quang highly praised the proactive efforts of 19-8 Hospital under the Ministry of Public Security in partnering with international entities to connect experts, hospitals and universities in high-tech biomedicine. He requested the hospital to continue deepening these partnerships to research and deploy cutting-edge technologies in this domain.
