Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung meets voters in Ho Chi Minh City

Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung and other candidates for deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the People’s Council of Ho Chi Minh City for the 2026–2031 tenure met with voters in Thanh My Tay Ward and Binh Quoi Ward on March 2, 2026.

At the meeting, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung, who is a candidate for the 16th National Assembly in Ho Chi Minh City Constituency No. 9, presented his action program to voters, outlining his objectives, working orientations and key priorities, if he is elected as a deputy to the National Assembly.

Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung emphasized, if elected as a representative of the city’s people in the National Assembly, he will devote all his determination and efforts to fulfilling the duties of a National Assembly deputy, contributing to building Ho Chi Minh City as a prosperous, civilized, modern and beautiful metropolis.

On behalf of the candidates for the 16th National Assembly and the 11th People’s Council of Ho Chi Minh City in Constituency No. 9, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung sincerely thanked voters for their full, serious and responsible participation in the meeting.

According to the Deputy Minister, each ballot cast by a voter holds his/her trust and assignment given to the chosen candidate.

He stressed that every elected National Assembly deputy and People’s Council deputy should continuously strive to uphold integrity, courage and sense of responsibility, always give first and foremost priority to the interests of the nation and the people, and work with his/her dedication, seriousness, prudence and effectiveness, thereby making practical contributions to the rapid and sustainable development of Ho Chi Minh City.
