Minister Luong Tam Quang meets voters in Hung Yen province

Member of the Politburo and Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang, together with other candidates for the 16th National Assembly, met with voters of Constituency No. 3 in Hung Yen province ahead of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 tenure, on March 3, 2026.

At the meeting, after listening to the candidate résumés presented by a representative of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hung Yen province, each candidate introduced their action program to voters if they are elected as deputies to the 16th National Assembly.

Addressing the meeting, Minister Luong Tam Quang expressed his honor at being nominated by the National Election Council to stand as a candidate of Hung Yen province to run for the 16th National Assembly in Constituency No. 3.

He emphasized that, if being entrusted by voters to serve as a National Assembly deputy, he will devote his intellect, capability, enthusiasm and responsibility to fulfilling the duties of a people’s representative, making positive contributions to the development of the province and the country as a whole in the new era.

Minister Luong Tam Quang affirmed that he would perform well the responsibilities of a National Assembly deputy and actively contribute to improving development institutions.

He pledged to study difficulties, obstacles and bottlenecks in policies and laws and propose timely solutions to the issues so as to mobilize maximum resources and create a new momentum for the development of the country in general and Hung Yen province in particular.

At the meeting, voters expressed absolute consensus with the action programs presented by the candidates.

They voiced their expectation that each elected candidate would truly serve as a people’s herald conveying their aspirations, wishes and will to the National Assembly, contributing to the continued prosperous development of Hung Yen province.
