The signing of these coordination regulations marks a major milestone, signaling a new step forward in the mechanism connecting NA bodies with state management agencies in the realms of national defence, security and foreign affairs. This move concretizes the Party's guidelines on building a socialist rule-of-law state, enhancing the operational efficiency of the National Assembly, and establishing a unified framework to safeguard the Fatherland "from early on and from afar" in the new era.

During the 15th NA term, close cooperation between the Committee for National Defence, Security and Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Public Security yielded significant achievements. It substantially upgraded the quality of legislative development, oversight operations, and strategic counseling on core issues of national security and social order.

Entering the 16th NA term, the newly signed regulations do not merely inherit past achievements but further refine the collaborative mechanism to be more synchronized and tightly knit.

This framework will serve as a vital foundation for the participating agencies to step up information sharing, collaborate on legal research, and promptly address practical emerging issues. At the same time, it ensures the successful implementation of the Party's strategic policy that "national defence, security, and foreign affairs are regular and essential tasks," in line with the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.

At the ceremony, leaders of the respective agencies officially signed the documents, ushering in a more substantive, close-cut, and effective chapter of cooperation between the National Assembly's Committee and the three ministries.
