Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Long commends Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department

In recent times, the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department had deployed rigorous professional tactics and coordinated closely with specialized units under the Ministry of Public Security to crack down on the syndicate. Law enforcement operations led to the arrest of 94 suspects, including the ringleader, traffickers and individuals organizing illegal drug use. Police also seized over 6,400 synthetic drug pills, 3.4 kilograms of synthetic narcotics, four firearms, five rounds of ammunition, and various related items.

In his letter, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Long emphasized that this exceptional milestone reflects the high resolve, sharp professional acumen, and resourcefulness of the Ninh Binh Police Force. He noted that the operation directly aligns with the directives of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry's leadership regarding narcotics suppression and the ongoing campaign to build drug-free communes and wards.

The Deputy Minister further noted that the successful bust highlights the seamless, effective coordination between local police and ministry-level agencies. This victory significantly contributes to local security, deters criminal elements, and strengthens public confidence in the People’s Public Security Forces. He hailed the police department’s success as a prime model of action during the 2026 National Action Month for Drug Prevention and Control.

On behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry’s leadership, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Long officially recognized and applauded the force's accomplishments.

The Deputy Minister instructed the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department to swiftly expand its investigation, consolidate evidence, and strictly prosecute all suspects in accordance with the law.
