
Announcing draft report on inspection of Standing Board of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee
Member of the Politburo and Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang, Head of Inspection and Supervision Delegation No.17 of the Politburo and the Secretariat, chaired a meeting to announce the draft report on the second-phase inspection results of the Standing Board of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee in 2026, on the afternoon of May 23 in Hung Yen province.

Also attending the event was Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Pham The Tung.
Representatives from Hung Yen province were Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee Pham Quang Ngoc, and other members of the Standing Board of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee.
At the meeting, after hearing the draft report on the results of the second-phase inspection at the Standing Board of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, delegates discussed various relevant issues as well as gave opinions and comments on the draft report.
Speaking at the meeting, on behalf of Inspection and Supervision Delegation No.17, Minister Luong Tam Quang acknowledged and highly appreciated the strong sense of responsibility and thorough preparation of documents by the Standing Board of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the inspection during the working time of the inspection delegation.
Minister Luong Tam Quang underlined, the inspection results showed that the Standing Board of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee had comprehensively and resolutely directed its affiliated Party organizations to effectively implement the Party’s and State’s strategic breakthrough policies regarding the operation of the two-tier local government model, the double-digit economic growth targets, the Politburo’s Resolution No. 57 while seriously conducting the review and evaluation of cadres and Party members.
Minister Luong Tam Quang requested the Standing Board of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee to focus on reviewing and improving the provincial organizational apparatus, especially addressing shortcomings identified during the inspection.
He also suggested that the province strengthen grassroots-level cadres, particularly in the fields of land management, planning, finance and information technology, while assigning professionally qualified and experienced provincial-level officials and civil servants to directly support the communal-level authority of key localities to handle complex issues.
Showing consensus with the draft reports as well as opinions of Inspection and Supervision Delegation No.17, Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee Pham Quang Ngoc pledged that the provincial political system would promptly review and improve its working programs and plans in accordance with the con, while focusing on addressing the shortcomings and limitations pointed out by the inspection delegation in order to create clear improvements across various fields.
